  I did a training session with Lois and absolutely loved it! She took me through a screening to evaluate my fitness level and then I did some exercises with her at my home. As a personal trainer goes, there is no question, she is the best! Being able to exercise at home saves so much time traveling to and from the gym. Thank you Lois for getting me to move again!

  Lois and her team of personal trainers are the best! They come to your house whenever it's convenient for you - super early in the morning, late at night, or any time in between. My trainer was prompt, enthusiastic, and kept me motivated. I've never loved to exercise, but Fitness Coaching LLC made it fun!!

  I am achieving amazing results with Fitness Coaching. Lois came out and did an assessment to measure my physical starting point. She put me with Carolyn as my personal trainer. Carolyn has been training me now for about 6 week and I am really seeing results. We never do the same routine twice. She’s personable and fun but also tough. She motivates and inspires me. I highly recommend Fitness Coaching to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

  What a great group! I have been a client for a few years now, twice per week. It really helps me maximize my overall fitness plan, along with gym visits, cardio, yoga, etc., most other days. The training sessions are challenging and enjoyable, and I feel exhausted but satisfied every time. My trainer, Len, helps me with the rest of my fitness program and really encourages my progress. Only downside, I keep needing heavier weights....Seriously, I am stronger, fitter, and I feel better. Couldn't recommend Fitness Coaching more highly.
