  Roger and Chris did an amazing job installing my Kinetico water softener system. I gave them a very challenging project - installing a twin tank system that needed to be placed in a very small water meter closet AND no drainage pipes nearby! They were able to make the whole system fit by placing the twin resin tanks on one side of the wall and the brine tank on the other. ALSO, they connected the system to the nearest drain pipe on the other side of my garage by a drain hose they ran 20 feet , anchored every few feet to the ceiling. It was very impressive as I thought I would never be able to fit one of these systems in my house and now I will have many years of virtually maintenance-free soft water. I highly recommend Purely Water of Sparta for any of your water quality problems!

  I wish I could hire someone of Roger's calibre, brilliance and ethical principals on all projects I need to accomplish around our home.
  It is a pleasure to have Roger for a service call or job as he willingly shares his wealth of knowledge to assist you in understanding all aspects of your home systems.
  He takes his time and explains each and every detail in an easy to understand way . Not only is he straightforward, honest, highly efficient and extremely knowledgeable but if you need to call him he will guide you through all issues and concerns and explain the steps you need to go through to do such things as change your filter if you wish to do this yourself.
  I would definitely highly recommend Purely Water with Roger Garrett. I believe he will work with you to achieve whatever you are trying to accomplish.

  Great service and knowledgeable as well as first class installation work. A rare find these days. I highly recommend them is you are in need of any water treatment service. You can also take your equipment with you (you better as this stuff is really the best out there and you would be a fool not to). Get it done right the first time. Also upkeep expenses are minimal and it still works during power outages.

  We brought the Kinetico Essential Series with Purely Water three years ago. The installation was done fairly quick in a couple hours as we we told with no issues. Roger was very helpful explaining and provide info after the install. The after service has been great when we need to order the sediment filters or have questions. Highly recommended. Very happy with the system and the result is obvious with no mineral build ups in our young kid's humidifiers. No chlorine smell in the bath waters. Five stars for the system and service.
