  Pool Town worked with us start to finish! We were installing a pool while building a new construction home. From permit submission, excavation, pool installation and and concrete patio pour the process was seemless-all at an amazing price. Their customer service went above and beyond all of our expectations. This is a company I would recommend time and time again!

  We were so excited to meet with Pool Town to discuss having a new pool installed. We had met with other companies and found Pool Town to be professional/friendly and very informative. Our salesman Billy Azur was very helpful in our decision making process as there were many things we weren't educated on regarding pools. The communication throughout the construction process was great and made it go very smoothly. I highly recommend Pool Town to anyone in the market for a new pool. Even after 3 years we know we can reach out to Billy/Pool Town to ask any questions we may have.

  From the very first day we walked into pool town & met with Billy to discuss interest in getting a pool we had a great feeling. He was extremely nice, and answered all our questions honestly. Each point of contact at pool town was great to work with. Everyone was friendly and always called or emailed back right away. All the crews that came to our house were professional and friendly as well. We had a great experience thankfully with everything from beginning to end thus far!

  We had a great experience with Pool Town and highly recommend them. Carl in Sales helped us through the entire process and was excellent in explaining every small detail, including being honest with things we did or did not need. We had been looking at pools for a few years and finally decided to pull the trigger, after speaking to 3 other companies we decided on Pool Town - and we are very happy we did. The work was done in the time frame they gave us, which was a nice surprise considering all the rain we had this year they could have pushed us back and we would have understood, and it was done cleanly and professionally. I think the best part about them is that is I have any questions or need anything I can still rely on Carl if needed to answer his phone and help me, long after his part in the process was done.

  We had our pool installed by Pool Town 3 years ago and have had a great experience with this company. The installation went without issues, despite having a tight backyard to work in. After my sand filter sprung a leak this year, they replaced it promptly. Billy A. and the guys at Excel do a great job. I would, and have, recommended them to friends.
