Deana and Victoria are awesome! I was impressed with the experience on the team, and how hard the crew worked to ensure that customers have a very positive experience from start to finish. Coordinating the trip was easy on my part. Deana is responsive and thorough. All we had to do was show up on time, listen to some instructions and enjoy. We had an unforgettable experience.

Amazing!! The hot air balloon ride itself is obviously an experience like none other, but Deana and Chris, in no particular order, are easily the warmest, most genuine, fun, and professional people you will ever meet. Words cannot come close to describing them and the time you will have. Weather was our worst enemy and we had to reschedule several times. Every time Deana and/or Chris would reach out and do their absolute best to work me and my girlfriend into a new day and time that worked. When we finally got there, it was nothing but smiles and they extended every courtesy they could have, all without me ever having to ask. Book a hot air balloon ride with Above the Clouds. Deana and Chris made our anniversary ride so special from start to finish. It was completely worth it to get up early in the morning to drive up for our sunrise ride. Chris was an excellent pilot and gave us a lot of interesting facts about hot air balloons. Their team is so skilled and professional. The champagne toast at the end was an added special touch. We highly recommend them!

The balloon ride was for my brother's birthday. Above the Clouds not our first choice, but I am so pleased that we went with them! It is difficult to express how awesome the crew and company is. Chris is a phenomenal balloon pilot, and Deana was so great and comforting with those of us who were nervous. I can't recommend them enough!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Deana met us as we arrived, full of energy and excitement. She made you feel like family from the beginning. We were ushered out to our balloon and introduced to our pilot Chris, who was personable, professional and knowledgeable (And happens to be the owner). The additional crew members were busy readying our balloon for flight. In no time, we loaded into the basket and were on our way. The experience was thoroughly breathtaking from there on out for our group of seven. Sunrise greeted us as we floated over the landscape. Our landing was flawless and the crew had us packed up and on our way back to the take off site in no time. Thank you Above the Clouds for helping us check off another item on bucket list. And this one may be worth checking off twice. ????
