Best Physical Therapist around. I've been to a lot of them because of my scoliosis and other back and walking issues and she knew what muscles to work on and explained why. Plus, you're one on one with her which in my opinion is great. Very easy to talk with and always worked with me to make my time there pleasant.
I highly recommend Whole Health Physical Therapy/Mansi Patel. I went to her with a lower back problem manifesting in pain and limited movement. Mansi competently evaluated my situation, answered questions, and eased my concerns. During each session, she focused solely on me while employing various manipulative techniques, on-site fitness equipment and guided stretch and strengthening exercises. In addition, she provided a personalized home exercise routine to help strengthen and improve flexibility. I made significant improvement with Mansi's expertise and have resumed activities that were previously too painful.
