  I tried the 5:30am session while visiting a friend recently. Great staff, great crowd, solid facility and equipment. If you're out on this part of Long Island, definitely give Cow Harbor Crossfit a look.

  Main reasons this place rocks: People, Coaches, and Crossfit workouts. It's a welcoming atmosphere to push yourself.

  Great place to workout. You are pushed just enough to get better. People there are welcoming and make the place nice to spend time there. Head Coach Adam brings tremendous enthusiasm to every class.
