  Love Bask Hot Yoga! It's beautiful, peaceful, and clean. All of the instructors are helpful and professional. I've had questions a few times and emailed them. The owners themselves respond! It's got the professionalism of a well run place, but the kindness of a mom and pop shop. It's everything you could ask for!

  I love this yoga studio. There is a very calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The instructors are very helpful and classes always leave me feeling like a new person.

  This clean studio has excellent instructors who make you feel at home and comfortable regardless of your skill level. I have moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and the instructors always offered modifications of the poses to the group, so you never feel singled out or embarrassed. My flexibility has improved 5-fold over the first few weeks of practicing. I would suggest anybody with chronic pain or mobility issues to give this a try after consulting with your doctor. Give this studio a try, you will not be sorry.

  I am 100% in love with this studio. The ambiance is everything you would hope for in a studio. It makes me feel calm the minute I walk through the door. The instructors are also fantastic. I have tried almost every single one and no one falls short of amazing. The different classes they offer are all exceptional. One of my favorites is Sunday morning at 8:30 with Shauna. Best way to start my Sunday. She helped me do my first ever head stand. I had such a fear of it but she made it simple to understand and before I knew it I was upside down and beyond ecstatic. I highly recommend this studio for anyone who is looking to incorporate yoga into their life. The owners are also quick to respond to any questions too!

  Superb Yoga Experience!! Manhattan quality yoga studios in Brick and Jackson NJ. Consistent superb teaching. Impeccably designed clean hot studios with ambient heat. Great friendly atmosphere that is welcoming and comfortable for experienced yogis and newbies. Serious yoga with a touch of humor and personality!!
