Rob runs the place from his home and he is friendly and very accessible by phone if/when you happen to find yourself in need of his services. Despite the trauma of having to clean out a totaled vehicle, the trip down there was interesting just to see all of the cool ducks that Rob has in his front yard! Black ones, white ones, brown ones with babies. So neat!

I just got a flat and the police helped me call Orr's Grovers Mill Auto Repair. D came, helped me take my car to the shop, fill out the night form and drop off my keys, and helped me take care of everything else. This company was like an ANGEL OF GOD to me tonight!! They did not overcharge me, they gave me the fairest price (it was so low compared to what I was expecting) and I was surprised to meet the nicest, most helpful person ever. Just wonderful.
Understand that this company tows for the police, including criminals-those types are not happy when they get caught and have their cars taken away. But taking it out on the towing company is *not cool. In other words, any review on this company that isn't absolutely glowing, is a lie and falls so short of the truth!! I was in trouble tonight and Orr's Grovers Mill was the BEST. I mean the BEST. You are in the safest hands. Thank you Orr's Grovers Mill. If I'm ever in car trouble again, I'm calling you!!
